About me
Since 2012, I’ve led an NHS Psychology Service working within palliative and end of life care. My work has allowed me to support people experiencing the broadest range of human challenges, including depression, anxiety, grief, shame, anger, low confidence and low self-esteem, and feelings of having lost direction in life.

My Training
I attained my undergraduate psychology degree from Royal Holloway, University of London, in 2001, before going on to spend several years gaining hands-on experience in a range specialist psychological services, including mental health intensive care, Autism, end of life care, and bereavement services.
In 2006, I commenced my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Southampton. I completed my qualification in 2009 and have been a full time registered Chartered Clinical Psychologist since this time. I was appointed as the service lead in 2012 and obtained the grade of Consultant Clinical Psychologist in 2018.
